A bit about me:
My degree in Psychology opened various career options so I explored a few post-graduate roles before fate led me to the world of recruitment. Twenty years on I haven’t looked back!
What keeps me in the game is that I enjoy the intricacies of dealing with people in a commercial environment. It’s that simple. The plus side of my job is having the opportunity to combine contributing value to businesses while making a profound impact on individuals’ career trajectories. I honed my skills working for some top London search firms before embarking on my journey and launching Vettra Search in January 2021. In running my own company I get to truly be myself where I have the privilege to select the businesses and individuals that I resonate with and want to wholeheartedly invest my time in.
My approach is deeply rooted in authenticity. Approachability, candid conversations, and a down-to-earth attitude define my interactions. My philosophy is grounded in pragmatism and consultation, where the notion of hard selling couldn’t further from who I am or the approach I take.
Outside of the day job I swiftly remove my corporate mask and switch gears into “dad mode” where most of my free time goes on keeping my two spirited boys and energetic golden retriever happy!
